Over countless test drives and complimentary coffees Lubna Anis was competent in narrowing down my options to those which best suited my needs and figuring out ways we could make it fit my budget comfortably. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and accessible during the entire experience. A visit to any car dealership wouldn't be complete without heated negotiations on final cost though, and Decio Menezes didn't disappoint. However, because of Decio's willingness to compromise and excellent customer service we were ultimately able to agree on a price that made me feel comfortable. I am now a proud Jeep owner and I have no regrets at all. Overall the team at this dealership provided a professional yet fun experience. Thanks! More

I believe she sensed immediately my desire to be the owner of a Jeep Wrangler and she went above and beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I had my new Jeep transported to St. John's Newfoundland and Lubna had an additional surprise waiting for me inside the Jeep. I couldn't wait to sit in my new Jeep and see what my surprise was! Purchase of 2012 Caravan Lubna was a joy to to business with and we are happy with the car we purchased. The reasons we did not give a perfect score was because we were told that the car had no lien which it did according to the report we recieved and we were told we would have a second set of keys which the dealership was not even in possession of at the time of purchase. In general we have experienced more professional dealerships in the past but overall it was a good experience. More

So the bill was high but Byrin explained it to me prefectly and I was pleased to be both driven home and picked up as well as being called to be told what was needed. Byron also made sure my jeep was well cleaned. All in all a very good experience which made me accept more easily the pain of a heavy bill - but reasonable given the damage made in storage. More
