Quality 5 star customer service and amazing price! I was referred to Orr motors by a friend because of the positive experience they had when purchasing here. We called ahead about the vechicle we were interested in to test drive and when we got there Frank had numerous cars heated and ready for us to test drive. When we returned with one vechicle he had another one for us to try to give us options. He even went as far as to tell us that he had a nice ride coming in that he thought would be perfect for us in a couple days. Sure enough we tested out the Acura MDX 2014 and we bought that day. The price was way below any other dealer in the area, still hearing from friends what a good price we got it for. The follow up customer service has exceeded all expectations. Just today we needed to bring our other car in to get its brakes fixed (a car we did not purchase here) and without asking Frank gave us a loaner car to use. It is comforting to know that we are in good hands here. Customer service like these guys is hard to come by these day. We will be referring all of our friends here and will most definitely buy from here again. I had been looking to buy an Xterra with a manual transmission. I looked at several of them at dealerships in Ottawa and I was generally disappointed. I then came across a 2006 Xterra Off Road at Orr transmission. I looked at several of them at dealerships in Ottawa and I was generally disappointed. I then came across a 2006 Xterra Off Road at Orr Motors. After researching them on the internet the general consensus seemed that they were a reliable, honest dealership with a lot of repeat customers, so I paid them a visit. I dealt with Simon from the start. He showed me the Xterra I was interested in and I was able to thoroughly look over the truck without a salesperson hanging over my shoulder. I was offered a test drive and Simon even suggested a route that was "bumpy" to test out the vehicle's handling and performance. On the test drive I noted the wheel alignment was off and mentioned this to Simon. He was appreciative of the feedback and noted it in the vehicle file. He also provided me ready access to all the vehicle history reports they had on. He offered me his card and to give him a call if I was interested. After a few days I called Simon back and made an offer over the phone. After some brief negotiation we came to a mutually agreeable price. Simon was able to quickly arrange financing and kept me in the loop at every step. When I went to pick up the vehicle, it was very clean, had been E-tested and the wheel alignment had been done. Overall, the whole purchasing experience with Simon and Orr Motors was excellent. Simon is very friendly and personable sales representative. I was appreciative of the no pressure sales approach he took. It made the car buying experience very pleasant. So far I'm quite pleased with my Xterra. It performs and runs very well. In fact, only two days after buying it I drove it to Baltimore, Maryland without any issues. I've also recommended Orr Motors to two friends and when I am ready to purchase another vehicle they will be at the top of my list. It's pretty obvious why they have been in business for 50+ years. It was gently used but Fred and Simon ensured that our concerns were openly addressed and they fully disclosed the vehicle's short history. They have experience and it shows. If you need an almost-new vehicle start with Orr Motors. We were not disappointed. The icing on the cake was their insistence that we bring the vehicle back to them if ever there was any problems and to let them deal with the dealership/warranty while we took a loaner. No issues at all, but was certainly the first time a car salesman has told me to contact them directly if anything came up after the sale. I would rate them at A++ for low mileage vehicle sales. They remained responsive and easy to contact throughout the sale. Great communication. Loved that we could support a family business. Would definitely purchase from Orr Motors in the future. They know I wanted the truck, but did not put any sales pitch. So I bought it! While to took some time to ready the vehicle -- there were a few things to remedy -- and follow up fixes to some niggling details -- were all done with friendliness, professionalism and, a low key approach to which I could I could easily identify.
