The manager, sales and financing staff were easy to work with and fair. I never felt excessive pressure, nor underhandedness in any way. The service department seems very clean and organized and have always been willing to help over the phone or in person. If in the future, we purchase another Mazda--which is entirely possible--I would visit here as a first choice. More

Great purchasing experience Just taken delivery of a new 2018 CX-5. Had narrowed it to this or a 2018 CR-V. - did lots of research on both vehicles. Test drove both, back to back Just taken delivery of a new 2018 CX-5. Had narrowed it to this or a 2018 CR-V. - did lots of research on both vehicles. Test drove both, back to back (there is a Honda dealer right next door). I preferred the CX-5, my wife the CR-V. Harvey, the sales person was really helpful, patient, and applied no pressure at all. Offered an extended test drive if that would help. Eventually arranged to borrow the owner's CX-5 for an extended period on a Saturday. After we returned we still could not make a decision - Harvey was again low key and understanding, and said if we decided he would be there to help. We immediately drove the CR-V again - then returned and ordered the CX-5. Harvey was super patient, helpful and accommodating. Jeremy, the finance guy, took over and again, with no pressure stepped us through the options for financing, extended warranty, and care packages. We are still waiting to have a trailer hitch fitted (they are back-ordered with Mazda Canada) but that is not an issue for us. But other than this minor glitch (not the dealer's fault) the whole transaction - which lasted well over a month due to our indecision, was really great. Thanks Harvey, and Jeremy and the rest of the sales team who always made us welcome, we certainly recommend you to anyone looking for a new car! More
Great Experience My goddaughter asked me to help her find a car and she was specific on what kind of Car she wanted Mazda MX3. Using haggle first I was contacted by Allan Lafontaine. He gave me prices and I wasn't satisified at first with the pricing. Part of the problem my mine I didn't understand. I was contacted by phone by Drew the General Manager and we spoke. I explained what I wanted what my god daughter could afford and eventually we came to an agreement. Maybe it was the day, or my persuasiveness but whatever we mutually agreed. Everything was done by phone and email. That was Thursday. Saturday morning the car was picked up and it was bought sight unscene. Not the first time we have purchased a vehicle this way. Checked car over, pristine condition, explained everything to my god daughter, her mother and I. It was smooth and they came from Aurora and I was from Gravenhurst. It was probably the best car buying experience I have ever gone through. Thanks Allan and Drew for all your help and making my 23 year old god daugter a very happy girl! More

When I went in at the 4 year time frame the finance person (Jeremy) that had dealt with the purchase from the beginning stated that it would be one more year. Went back in the next year and when the paperwork was sent in the claim was denied (and so it would've one year late, not my fault). After speaking with the employee and the owner of the dealership they informed me that they would not reimburse any of the money even thou is was their mistake. I realize mistakes happen but when 1800 dollars is on the table maybe out of good business they would at least try to act like they cared after the sale. Their response because I was a younger person was sorry can't help, case closed. More
Bought new Mazda 3 GX, lied to and given a run around.. Went to the dealer knowing exactly what I wanted, they barely did any work, but that's fine I made it easy. All said and done, my new car a Went to the dealer knowing exactly what I wanted, they barely did any work, but that's fine I made it easy. All said and done, my new car arrived, looked great initially. Once we got the car home bumper was scratched from shipping. Brought the vehicle back, the Sales manager said they would 'send it to get fixed'. Sounded fine to me at the time so 3 days later I pickup my car. They sent it to a collision center where they buffed the four small square centimeter scratches out using half the bumpers paint somehow, it was off coloured, and missing its paint finish when I was picking it up.. I asked what they did, and he said they repainted it which was clearly not what happened. I said I was unhappy, obviously since I bought the new car and it wasn't well NEW yet. The Sales manager finally said they would replace the bumper with one from a vehicle on their lot, and then send the bumper back to MAZDA to actually get a real paint job. I was fine with that. So Finally I got my car new. about a month maybe a month and a half later, I get a phone call regarding my rebate they said I was eligible for. I apparently was no longer eligible after I had owned my car for almost 2 months. The sales manager repeatedly harassed me for the money. I got a few phone calls, and every time I went to get an oil change, if he was in, he walked over and asked for the money. The receptionist, financial guy, and the guys in the shop were the only helpful nice people. The Sales manager and salesman I dealt with, were more then unkind, and bluntly a little slimy. I was actually warned before going to this dealership because of the sales manager. I should have listened. I thought it was just going to be a simple and quick process. Which has now gone on for months. I would recommend anywhere else. The only reason they aren't all 1 star, are for the few valuable employees that work there. That dealership wont see me again over a rebate less then 500$. Good on them. More
