Awesome experience! First time buying here and I have to say, if you're looking for a dealership, check them out! I dealt with Goldie, he made me feel comfortable and didn't try so sell me something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Also, at no point did I feel talked down to because I'm a woman (which I've had happened before). Carrie was also awesome, I felt very comfortable and welcome and she shared my same excitement with my new purchase. Amazing people, awesome experience!!! More

Third Experience We have now purchased three trucks from this dealership, and the only reason we go back is for the salesperson, Julie, and the finance person, Carrie. We have now purchased three trucks from this dealership, and the only reason we go back is for the salesperson, Julie, and the finance person, Carrie. Both of these individuals do their absolute best to help you get the vehicle you are looking for, at the best deal possible. We did have one not so perfect experience, but we still went back to Julie to help us get our third truck, which is now exactly what we wanted, even though she had to arrange to get it from another dealership. We would definitely go back to them again, in a blink. The only bad experience we have had is when we have had to deal with Steve, the person who makes the trade-in value decisions. When we purchased our current vehicle, there were dealer commercials stating they were giving the best trade in values, however we feel we did not get that, at all. If you owe money on a trade-in vehicle, and he finds out how much, it appears that is what he offers, and he did just that. We even called around, and sight unseen, other Ram dealers said the value could be between $3,000 and $4,000 more than we were offered. Our trade-in was only 8 months old, with extras added above the purchase price, but none of that was taken into account, even though we were told our vehicle was better condition than the vehicles he checked out for comparison prices. We feel we most definitely did not get good value on it - even though Julie tried her best to get us more, but her hands were tied. We have no idea what our trade-in sold for, but we can bet it was much more than what we got, even taking into account a reasonable profit margin, we know to make some money. Our trade-in was still brand new!! Bottom Line - Julie and Carrie were awesome, but if we ever have to deal with a trade-in again, it would the be the only reason we don't do business with this dealership again. More

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE This was my second time in purchasing a new vehicle from Kathy Gallivan. She always makes everything so simple. I called her, told her what I was looking for....10 minutes later she called and told me my colour choice was silver or black. I told her I would come and see if it seemed to fit me. Two hours later, I had taken the silver one for a test drive, took her back to the dealership and told her I would be back on the 1st of April to pick it up. Picked it up and she explained everything to me. They took my old vehicle for a trade in and I was one very happy customer. AGAIN!!!! More

Wonderful sales experience We saw this truck on their website, but were in Florida. We called and spoke with Gordie and basically did the deal over the phone and internet.
