They earned my business. :) Buying a vehicle today is a long complicated process, so, it naturally takes time and a whole team(each doing their specific job) to accomplish it. Salesman Arly is genuinely caring and easy goin' and helps you narrow down what you want and what they have. He was my primary contact. One morn, he even picked me up in his own vehicle to come down to Applewood for a test drive, and while waiting for delivery of my new vehicle, he set up a loaner car so I could get to work&back. Sales Mangers Alex&George were awesome too... Alex helped me make the final decision on trim level, George sweetened the deal with a couple generous incentives. Did final deal with General Manager Jake who's the man! Aaron the Financial Services Manager negotiated well with the banks to get me approved at the best rate. The on-site Auto Insurance reps on-site were awesome too. I even briefly chatted with the Service Manager(plus 2 other members of that department), 3 lot personnel, and the receptionist over the course of the whole process..... all nice people! I recommend the Original Applewood, they earned my business. :) More

I have had a 10/10 experience with George, Arly, Amy, Mitch, and Kyle are the names of five amazing individuals at the Applewood- Langley dealership. I have had a 10/10 experience with the purchase of my new car, and the process was stress free, pressure free, informative and so pleasant. This is very different from other dealerships I have dealt with, so thank you! The consultants took my needs into consideration and connected me with a car that suited me to a T. From that point on I was helped every step of the way and knew I could trust the team helping me. The honesty was evident and that's huge! I will be back when it's time to upgrade again. Your customer service and way of being/ doing business is so appreciated! More

Very unprofessional It's twice now that I get told by them that I was approved and everything is fine just come down and see your car last time 30 mins before I leave my It's twice now that I get told by them that I was approved and everything is fine just come down and see your car last time 30 mins before I leave my work I get a text from Alex Peterson that Iam not approved and this time Iam actually there all happy to see the car they said I can get and its all cleaned up for me to take it for the night I get called to Alex office and was told I wasn't approved its humiliating that thy can do this and very hurtful I will never recommend them to anyone at all ever it's not being professional and I was told that he tried calling me and texted me when I didn't get anything at all I hate this place for doing this to me 2 times More

Beware Found these guys through an online search of auto loans. Talked to Alex(Financing) who I believe operates out of the original Applewood used car lot. Found these guys through an online search of auto loans. Talked to Alex(Financing) who I believe operates out of the original Applewood used car lot. Alex seemed willing to work with us and so we put through a credit application. We told Alex that we didn't want a ton of hard pulls on our credit and he assured us he wouldn't. After waiting a few days Alex got back to us asking for our SIN number. We were willing to give it out but just wanted to know their privacy policy first. At that point Alex became rude and unwilling to help out, stating that he would not give out their privacy policy and gave us an ultimatum to do business or not do business with them, that is up to us. We told him that what we were asking was fair but he was unwilling to cooperate and eventually we hung up. Later, we called the CEO of the company and complained about the ordeal. The CEO was completely and utterly indifferent toward the situation. He didn't care nor did he offer any sort of solution or apology, in fact he was more rude than anything and only cared about defending Alex. Basically if a company is unwilling to do business because of something small like that, don't do business with them, they are not honest, they only want your money. They have many websites under different guises dedicated to just auto loans for bad credit and such. They feed off people that are desperate for a loan and are easy and quick to rip off. Don't bother, go elsewhere and find yourself a better deal. Although they are hard to find, there are better options for people with zero or bad credit. Don't be scammed out of thousands of dollars with these guys. More

I would not touch this dealership with a ten foot pole. We bought a 2008 low KM diesel crew cab from their used dealership Apple wood Trucks. Within 20 day of driving it off the lot the transmission blew. We bought a 2008 low KM diesel crew cab from their used dealership Apple wood Trucks. Within 20 day of driving it off the lot the transmission blew. When we contacted them they led us to believe that they would help out with the issue. After a week and being put through the ringer and passed of from employee to employee they told us that they would do nothing. They have no 30 day guarantee. That should have been a red flag that that if they cant even stand behind their vehicles for 30 days then they sell crap. My recommendation is stay far away. If we knew that truck was going to cost us thousands of extra dollars we would have bought brand new and skipped on this sorry excuse for a dealership. More
