Although my wife and I were researching buying one ion the beginning, Dan was very helpful on an extremely busy day and managed to accommodate our request to test drive 3 different vehicles even though we were clear we were not ready to buy yet. Even with clear knowledge that we were not buying yet, both Dan and Mario were very helpful, patient and answered all our questions. A few weeks later when we were ready to purchase Dan and Mario worked with us to make deal everyone was happy with. Sherri Anderson was so helpful to handle all the paperwork associated with financing/purchasing, etc. After purchasing the car there are always a few small items that need to be attended to and "fixed up". Dan and Mario continued to provide top notch assistance as if we were still looking to purchase a car. They made us feel confident in our purchase and that we can trust Orchard Ford to treat us fairly and honestly in future car purchases and service for our current vehicles. More

We were able to very quickly get the pricing satisfaction over the phone, the right vehicle and the trade-in that I was looking for. I had special requests on exchanging the stock tires for Michelin's before I picked up the vehicle. The dealer was extremely accommodating and made all the arrangements at more than a fair price. After I received the vehicle I realize that the trailer tow mirrors we're going to be too large for living in Vancouver as the roads are much tighter here. My sales person Jon Millar and the dealership were very quick to accommodate the exchange of the mirrors without cost myself. This exchange meant everything to me in the enjoyment and operation of the vehicle. Orchard Ford has a can-do attitude that has surpassed the service at any of the other Ford dealerships that I purchased vehicles from over the last 10 years. Winter Disapointment Bought my truck at Orchard Ford and generally have them service my vehicle. Called today as the heater is blowing cold air. Informed them that I was heading to Alberta for Christmas and was it possible to look at vehicle. I was told I would have to wait until after Christmas. Asked if it was possible to bring it to them and maybe a quick look at some point to see if easy fix. Was told I could bring it down but no promise it would be looked at.
