I came in with an extreme oil leak, Ive been having this leak slowly getting worse with oil coming from the front left side of my engine (pvc valve) but instead of looking into it fixing that (they refused leak slowly getting worse with oil coming from the front left side of my engine (pvc valve) but instead of looking into it fixing that (they refused to look into it) they found my drain plug was broken. I allowed them to fix that (cost me $600+ before discounts) but they still wouldn’t look into fixing the issue I originally went into for. I was told that the oil going down the side and through my engine was due to wind blowing oil up from the bottom of the car 🫨 I made it 69.4km down the road before receiving a low oil light, I pulled over and checked the dip stick…. It was bone dry, not even a single drop of oil! I had to get it towed to Guelph VW and pay $50 for a taxi (I had my kids with me so we couldn’t go in the tow truck due to them not able to hold baby car seats) At Guelph VW they were able to INSTANTLY find that the PVC valve was broken causing the leak from the front left of my engine and a new fault…. The oil pan being broken (how did Orangeville VW miss this big of a fault is beyond comprehension) I had to get a rental car that OVVW told me would be covered, I sadly didn’t get that in writing, so naturally they’ve backed out on their word (it’ll be costing me $600+ by tomorrow) I talked to Shawn about what could be done about this, he said nothing will be done, no money back, no covering any costs for the rental. Just 20+ min of us going back and forth. I ended up getting him to agree to pay back the value of a detail they promised 2-3 years ago for other work they butchered twice with my atlas More

Warranty Service I have a 2015 VW Golf, trendline, that popped a warning message, "Vehicle status, Error Service Vehicle. Only leave vehicle in P position." Called VW Orangeville, got in this afternoon, diagnosed problem, had required parts, completed required warranty work while I waited. Worked exactly how a warranty issue is supposed to....but is so uncommon. Thanks very much. I have grown to really love this awesome car, hope to for many years to come. More
Horrible. I recommend not buying a car there. We went in to buy the GTI, our salesman Alan was great but the sales manager John was rude within a minute of meet I recommend not buying a car there. He has no negotiation skills and considering he is in customer service and sales...he should be fired. He called us names and stuff because we weren't willing to pay full asking. Its used...you wont get full. (Only dropping 300 is an insult)...He put money into the car and expected us to cover the cost (retail cost- not detailer cost). If we couldn't come to a deal we would have bought the trend line golf for sure. Unfortunately his service was so ridiculous we walked away. I feel bad for Alan as he lost a sale because of him. More
