Absolutely have no issues when sending my 2022 Tucson in for servicing! Not only do they make sure the suv is in working order, they always reach out if anything pops up concerning the car with no pressure for servicing! Not only do they make sure the suv is in working order, they always reach out if anything pops up concerning the car with no pressure if you can't afford it at the time or need to wait and they will also let you know about other options! Eric and Nick are awesome to work with, to talk too and just absolutely polite and super friendly! I trust them when my car goes in, never have to worry about extra charges or unnecessary work and when getting the car back today after a service it was SUPER clean! I purchased a 2021 Kona new and immediately went to Orangeville Hyundai to establish a working relationship with your dealership. I was greeted by the Service Advisor Eric Harwood-Jones. I explained that I was new to the area and recently widowed. I told him that as I had never looked after our cars before I would need help with on-going maintenance and any other issues that arose with the vehicle. Eric is wonderful. Over the past 2 years that I have been a customer, Eric has continued to treat me with respect and professionalism. When I phone to make an appointment for my car, he explains everything that will be done and the approximate cost. I don't have many questions after a service because he explains everything that has been done, and advises me on what to expect next with my car's maintenance. He carefully reviews the invoice with me so there are no surprises. His patience and kindness never waiver. Because of Eric Harwood-Jones I drive my Kona with complete confidence that my vehicle is road worthy. He has kept his promise to make me feel safe out on the roads. More
Order a 2023 Hyundai Elentra in September 2022 and was told March 2023. The car is still sitting on a vessell in the ocean and new date is June 2023. I was told 3 different dates and all incorrect.
