He found used ones in greater Vancouver area, we decided to take the ferry to look at the vehicles. He ended up leasing a Toyota GR from OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody. Very good experience from the sales advisor, Noor. Brian, the sales manager also explained differences in pricing and advantages of leasing vs financing. He had a hiccup with insurance but general manager resolved very quickly. - On a Sunday within a few minutes. Our sales advisor is also reachable after office hours and followed-up. Exceptional customer service! We were offered a new 2024 Rav4 hybrid as trade for our 2019 Rav4 Hybrid. Rav4 Hybrids are hard to get! We went back the following week to lease the Rav4. Very good flawless transaction. Mao was assigned to assist us after sales and before we drove off the showroom. Answered all our questions, explained vehicle details and features. Even topped up the washer fluid. Linda, the finance manager, assisted us in the leasing. All transactions completed in same day as we need to take the ferry from the island to the mainland.
