The only disappointment is I was told by the service department when I called that there would be someone on hand to use a paint pen to touch up my d The only disappointment is I was told by the service department when I called that there would be someone on hand to use a paint pen to touch up my doorhandles. However when I checked in I was told that you don't do bodywork and that I could buy the pen and do it myself. The service section should not be telling the opposite so please go over these things with service so that a customer is not disappointed to hear otherwise. More
