I purchased a used car from OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody last week. I was treated with respect by every single employee that I dealt with. Chris in Finance was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through extended warranty choices and took his time explaining it all. The young man (sorry I don't know his name) who provided insurance, was also l knowledgeable and explained the new changes in ICBC insurance and I was able to make an informed choice of coverage. Lastly Mao (sp?) Walked me through the operation and options of the vehicle I bought. He was very knowledgeable considering the vehicle wasn't even a Toyota! The only criticism I have is the car's interior wasn't clean or detailed. More
