Went to this dealership to get a quote for a new car and test drive. I had hoped they would give me a good quote but turns out they were highest. Also I got follow up emails from every dealership I went t test drive. I had hoped they would give me a good quote but turns out they were highest. Also I got follow up emails from every dealership I went to except this one. Even after I emailed sales guy to thank him for his time, but letting him know I received lower quotes. Nothing back. They don’t care about their customers, it seems. I don’t think I’ll have the confidence in this dealership to use their service centre either. More

Chris in Finance was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through extended warranty choices and took his time explaining it all. The young man (sorry I don't know his name) who provided insurance, was also l knowledgeable and explained the new changes in ICBC insurance and I was able to make an informed choice of coverage. Lastly Mao (sp?) Walked me through the operation and options of the vehicle I bought. He was very knowledgeable considering the vehicle wasn't even a Toyota! The only criticism I have is the car's interior wasn't clean or detailed. More
