As we already own a Lexus from Open Road Port Moody Lexus we assumed that Toyota Open Road would show the same level of excellent service. We weren’t let down. The only suggestion is to make final purchase day for scheduled customers further apart as wait time was extensive between, finance, insurance and vehicle review. This was not within Jayson’s purview and he kept in contact with us apologizing for the wait. Again quality character even when things don’t run smoothly. More
