Satisfied, happy and will repeat. I took my 20 year old Camaro into OMS for a check over, oil and lube. Techs also identified some "green" wire issues with turn signals. Over and above I took my 20 year old Camaro into OMS for a check over, oil and lube. Techs also identified some "green" wire issues with turn signals. Over and above type of response from OMS. Thought I'd just get the in and out quicky job, but this was not the case. Front desk told me of the wire issues and "would it be OK to take a bit more time to check it out?" Better than expected service. Bt the way Durham Dodge Sucks and has Big Attitude concerns. Will never go there again. Ever. A1 experience at OMS. More

He took a completely NON Chevy family and converted us. We dropped in simply to inquire about a used truck and ended up buying a new Sliverado - without an ounce of regret. Mich answered each and every one of our questions almost immediately, he was patient, understanding and had all the facts that we needed in order to make an educated, confident purchase. He is extremely keen and hard working and he has the rare natural skill of being able to understand people without coming across as if he is trying to 'read' you. Mich listened to us and shared his knowledge, and if asked, gave an opinion. There was absolutely no pressure selling, he knew that we would make the right choice if we had all of the facts and this is another big reason why we were so happy with Mich's service and our purchase. We live 1 1/2 hours away so we were not able to see it personally until the day we picked it up. Mike is a GREAT salesman answered every question we had and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our financing was organized and approved before we came. All done in 2 days, all we had to do was go view it and take it home if we liked it and indeed we love it and we are enjoying very much. The most aragont person I've met in years I stopped by the dealership to get a couple figures and to see vehicles, this man introduced himself to me and was very pushy. I asked him to give me I stopped by the dealership to get a couple figures and to see vehicles, this man introduced himself to me and was very pushy. I asked him to give me some time to look at the vehicles and he literally stood back 5 feet following me around starring at me. I asked him if he needs anything from me, and he responded just a drivers license for the test drive. I never even asked him a single question about the vehicle I was looking at, I then had to ask him again to leave me alone but this time I was a little more stern in my voice pitch. He walked away and went to socialize with his colegues, later I passed by the group of sales people and I could over hear this same sales person that was trying to help me bad mouth a previous customer by saying that this person was a waste of time and that he wasn't a serious buyer etc... He noticed me and turned around right away asking me if everything was okay and if I needed a refreshment. From there I told him how ignorant it is to speak about customers that way, I asked this man if when I leave is he going to say the same things about me and my wife. He was speechless and I left and purchased a vehicle elsewhere. I do not recommend this dealer or sales person mich More

Mich walked us through the features of our car after our purchase and made it clear that the door was always open if we had further questions.
