Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge - Service Centre

I have had my Sprinters serviced here for a few years now. 2 months ago, I brought my Sprinter in for an oil change, Simon spotted some serious problems with tensioner and cooling fan. He litterally save now. 2 months ago, I brought my Sprinter in for an oil change, Simon spotted some serious problems with tensioner and cooling fan. He litterally saved my vehicle. He is the most competent diesel mechanic I have ever encountered. Last week, I had the misfortune of having the vehicle towed in again due to the seizure of the water pump, which shreded the engine belt. Simon, as well as Anthony, not only fixed the problem, but also corrected some bad job done to the vehicle by someone else before. Now the van drives significantly better than before. These two gentlemen also did their best to minimize my costs to the repairs. (I could tell that Simon also felt sorry for me for my misfortune with the truck). He is a mechanic with a heart. Yes. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen to anyone I know. More

Most of my dealings are with Scott Gillingham. On my first service visit I experienced some poor customer service. I gave a statement of facts on this site about my experience. He went to great lengths to make things right, right down to picking up my car and delivering it back after the parts came in. I want to thank Ontario Chrysler for taking charge of poor, but not awful, service and going the extra miles to ensure I was happy. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealer for service or sales, as I bought the vehicle there as well. I will also add the work was warranty, so they did not forget about me AFTER the sale like so many retailers do. Thanks again Ontario Chrysler ! More

I was in the other day to have my vehicle serviced and I dealt with Dawna in the service department. I found her to be very helpful and courteous, she took the time to listen to my explanation of what was w dealt with Dawna in the service department. I found her to be very helpful and courteous, she took the time to listen to my explanation of what was wrong and what I wanted done. She then explained the entire breakdown of what needed to be done and what was involved, including the length of time it would take to complete the work. I felt that Dawna was very personal able, pleasant and I was comfortable talking with her. Overall my experience with Dawna and Chrysler was excellent and I am looking forward to dealing with her again. More

I feel like I have my own go to person that always takes care of my Jeep repairs and or concerns years and am impressed with the service he provides. He always provides an honest opinion when I ask for it and is able to help me make educated decisions when it come to maintaining my vehicle. I originally leased the Jeep from another location and was very disappointed with the level of service I received. Going to Scott was the best decision I made.
