I've been dealing with Chrysler for the past 3 years and feel that this service the dept is the best and most trust worthy I have ever delt with, I primarily deal with Anthony who has been great, very d and feel that this service the dept is the best and most trust worthy I have ever delt with, I primarily deal with Anthony who has been great, very down to earth and easy to deal with. On a few other occasions I have been looked after by some of the other staff members who also have treated me very fair and in a a professional matter, great service dept to deal with. More

Anthony is very pleasant and personable every time I go in to have my vehicles serviced. When I drive in I am always greeted with a smile. He is knowledgeable and knows his work well. Here I found Scott Gillingham on the front lines in the nasty business of auto mechanics. Scott and Luke have been knowledgeable, honest and reliable in taking care of my automobiles. I strongly recommend you go see Scott in service for your mechanical needs. This dealership and its professional people are 120 percent better to deal with then those at Brampton Chrysler. Scott Gillingham is the only reason I come back to this dealership. Having the displeasure with other Advisors in the same dealership I had taken my business elsewhere. Unable to obtain the same level of service with other mechanics, I have returned to Scott....not the dealership. With his level of service along with the convenience of the shuttle (unless being transported in the opposite end of town) are the main reasons I continue to service my vehicle at this dealership. Having the ability to Google almost anything, service and part costing appears to be fair with hope in more competitive pricing at the same if not improved service levels moving forward. Keeping my service business certainly has benefits to the new/used car sales. More
