Happy with the service I called in for an appointment on Friday May 8th, but they were full. So i made an appt. for Monday May 11th. Unfortunately, when i showed up, i was told that there was no appointment for me. So anyways, Adrian Demosani in servcie fixed me up on the spot. He was courteous and helpful and got my van in for work right away. His communications were perfect through the day and keep me informed on progress. The van was ready before end of day and i was able to pick it up and roll before rush hour. Overall Adrian was great and I will be asking for him, next time im there. More

Service Center Anthony Italiano is very helpful, prompt and follows up immediatly with the status of the work being done on my car and what time the car is ready. I bough a Durango truck from this dealership a year ago, and the experience has been very satisfactory, my wife and I have been really impressed with follow ups and after sales service. recently brought an issue to the attention of Dave Pozzobon- who was on vacation at the time, and to my great surprise, he responded and promised to look into the issue for me; few days later he contacted me again and asked me to take my truck in for a fix that cost more than $400..at no cost to me! I have dealt with a few dealers in my time-individually and professionally, but I have to say this is a first! I am very appreciative to Mr. Dave Pozzobon and his team for this truly exceptional service. Sharing this experience with my colleagues and friends has definitely earned this dealership 7 stars. Service goes a long way on cold days! I was driving through Mississauga and my tire light came on and went to Ontario Chrysler. I didn't buy anything and they don't know me but they toppe I was driving through Mississauga and my tire light came on and went to Ontario Chrysler. I didn't buy anything and they don't know me but they topped up my tires with nitrogen and gave me quick service to get back on the road. They were friendly and quick and I even got a coffee for the road. If i'm in Mississauga and I have a breakdown i'm going back to Ontario Chrysler for service. More

I had my motor replaced in my 2006 dodge magnum, the quote to have the engine replaced was very reasonable and they did their best to have the vehicle back to me in a reasonable time frame. We were a Peel Chrysler client before taking our car to Ontario and it is a night and day difference between the two dealers. I highly recommend them for new buyers or simply to have your current vehicle serviced. More
