Thank you so much for the great work! Was leaving the Mississauga area just south of the 401 and my engine light came on and my car was chugging. I googled and saw that Ontario Chrysler was near me so I went in to see if they could help. The guys in the service bay were really great. I was quoted a fairly good price, and was able to have my car looked at without an appointment which was really nice seeing as I wanted to be back on the road asap. My car was done in a few hours, the bill was right on to my quote. I'm happy to say that I'm safely home and my car is great. Thank you so much guys. More

Under a time crunch, they were able to fix the problem (quality work completed) while making the deadline requested (time management) and meeting my overall expectations. Anthony provided constant updates to myself to ensure I knew what was being done, which helped me to remain calm. His calm demeanor and empathy went a long way and I am very pleased with the outcome. I appreciate the efforts he made to ensure that I left happy and I'm sure it was not easy due to the opportunities that were in the way. I took my vehicle to a closer dealership because my engine light came on, they looked at it and charged me $100 for a couple minutes work. Not even one month later and my engine light is on so off to Ontario Chrysler I go because they won't just shut the light off and send me away. More
