First Visit with Anna - Never going back to my dealership This was my first experience at Ontario Chrysler Dodge Jeep, came here on a recommendation from a friend after having had my car serviced for the last This was my first experience at Ontario Chrysler Dodge Jeep, came here on a recommendation from a friend after having had my car serviced for the last 5 years at the dealership it was bought at. I have nothing but good things to say about Anna, she took care of me right away and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done when typically. They did a full inspection on my car and gave me great feedback on not only the condition of everything today but also what to expect for the foreseeable future. While I decided to move away from the dealership I had purchased the car at due to a bad experience, this was the complete opposite. Great Experience, great service, and I have definitely found with Ontario Chrysler Dodge Jeep a place I feel completely satisfied / secure will take the best care of my vehicle. More

I feel I was treated fairly and had my car taken care of, even though I didn't have a history with this dealership. I will be back! More

Anna Mazzei is awesome! Anna made sure I received the best service for my vehicle. Human touch works best My visit yesterday was kind of typical of my experiences in my own 'business' as a teacher. The human connections were great, while the technical link My visit yesterday was kind of typical of my experiences in my own 'business' as a teacher. The human connections were great, while the technical links were slightly flawed. Our Service Advisor, Anna Mazzei, was efficient and professional, while being personable and genuinely caring about my experience at the same time. She did a little bit of research into my file to make sure I wasn't overcharged and then corrected the bill as soon as she saw that I had indeed been overcharged. (It seems the computer didn't pay attention to the research that Anna did.) However, there was also another person, an older lady, whose role seemed very minor at first glance. I don't think I learned her name, but she was the person who put the mats in the vehicles when they first arrived in the service area. In addition to that, she sought out my 5 year old son, (after we had been there a half hour or so,) and asked him if he wanted a balloon, which she then got with him. Her dealings with him were warm and friendly and he enjoyed the gift. Later, as we were leaving, she made sure we got out of the tight parking situation in the back by seeing us back and sending us off safely. I'm not sure you can dictate as part of a job description the genuine caring Anna and this lady showed me and my son. They were warm and compassionate and human. I will come back, because of my experience with them. In a slightly strange contrast, the computer didn't seem as "on the ball". In addition to overcharging me, (which thankfully was overridden by Anna before I was even aware of it,) the computer sent me a couple of emails that were superfluous and kind of silly. After I returned home with the truck, I received an email reminder of my appointment the next day, (so it was off by one day.) Additionally, I received another email a day later with a pdf of the (uncorrected) invoice, asking me to pay the bill when I pick up my truck. Hmmm. It seems as though the left hard drive doesn't know what the right keyboard is doing. Perhaps that's understandable, as that is a big dealership, but I had always thought computers were good at remembering things. A word to Management: These people I have talked about may not be very high on the corporate ladder, but they were the people who made sure I was satisfied and my son was happy. No owner of the company came out to thank me for coming down from Barrie (or even for buying my truck there). I didn't even meet the Service Manager. Nor would I expect that. That said, I think it shows a real commitment to making sure the customer's experience is great when a company employs people such as those I've mentioned. Richard Branson (founder of Virgin) is right. You don't make the customer #1; you make your employees #1 and they will do right by the customers, because the employees are valued, happy, healthy and feel safe. Anna and that lady both deserve some meaningful recognition for their treatment of me and my son; please give them it. More

Fantastic Service! I just wanted to quickly thank the guys in the drive thru for dealing with my car situation. Earlier this week it started to make a chugging noise, I I just wanted to quickly thank the guys in the drive thru for dealing with my car situation. Earlier this week it started to make a chugging noise, I couldn't get in to see my regular mechanic for a week. I ended up googling and saw Ontario was close to my work so I came over. They took my car in quickly, and explained what was going on. It ended up being somethingn that would have led to a much bigger and more expensive problem if I had let it go longer. Thanks again!
