AMAZING I took my car in as I had a punture and the told me that 3 of my tires needed changing and they went ahead and changed it without any questions or wit I took my car in as I had a punture and the told me that 3 of my tires needed changing and they went ahead and changed it without any questions or without any arguments at all. Robih Hamed-the manager authorized it and Anna Danis handled the whole thing very pleasently and with a smile on her face all the time. I was under the impression that of of the tires needed changing but they said 3 and they changed them "without batting an eyelid". Coffee and snacks were offered as was lunch also. My Grand Caravan was brought out and it was pointedto me which tires were changed with explaination as to why it took a bit longer then necessary. It really was a pleasent surprise to have the work done professionally amd woth a smile. And yes--I would highly recomend Robbie Hammad and Ontario Chrysler More

Vehicle Service They booked my vehicle in for servicing when I wanted it instead of making me wait a week or more like other service centres would. When I got there e They booked my vehicle in for servicing when I wanted it instead of making me wait a week or more like other service centres would. When I got there everybody was super friendly and helpful from the guys working in the yard, the shuttle driver (Shirley) and Anna who helped me when I got inside. They drove me to work in the shuttle right away so I did not miss any time at work. Called me to explain everything that needed to be done and things that I should keep my eye on but that could wait. Sent another car to pick me up when it was ready. Again, very friendly service and two different people told me how much they appreciated my business. More

I was on my way home this past week and had the oil light I recently purchased an older model Chrysler...not from Ontario Chrysler but a private sale. I was on my way home this past week and had the oil light come on. I was going to ignore it until I got home but didn't. Good job I didn't as I had an oil leak and was losing oil. I saw the men in service who explained what was going on and what I could do. Glad I went in...could have been a bad drive home. More
