When I overlooked my brake repair and let it go too far, I brought my car into Ontario Chrysler. There was no judgment, just excellent care. The team made sure that nothing overlooked. I even was given a full interior and exterior detail by the service manager. I feel my car is safe again for my baby and I. Thank you, everyone! More
Best Auto Service I have received in my 35+ years driving. My so-called home dealership didn't take care of my vehicle or respect me as a customer. I never really expected any better treatment from any other dealership and was not looking forward to 'trying' another to service department. However, that has all changed since I brought my 2017 Jeep Cherokee to Ontario Chrysler Jeep. Beyond the standards introductions in Service, I was greeted with a pleasant attitude and a sincere focus on my issue and my questions. Roger Pozzobon made me feel valued as a customer and he took the most sincerest attitude in addressing my concerns. He assured me that the vehicle will NOT leave the dealership until the issues (that could not be fixed elsewhere) were rectified. He went above and beyond my expectations for service. He gave me a realistic timeline to have my vehicle repaired. I gained trust in him because of his sincere interest in fixing it. He directed me to the customer lounge personally and assured me that he will come and get me once the shuttle was ready. After a few moments, he called me back to the Service bay where he determined that under my warranty, I could have a rental vehicle for no charge. I didn't even know this was available to me and no other dealership offered this when my vehicle was left for the entire day. This was extraordinary customer service. It means that he reviewed my warranty to the point that he determined my entitlement even thought I didn't seem to know or remember. I enjoyed my rental for as many days as needed, without worry. Another aspect to the service I received from this dealership was the extra steps taken to have me drive my vehicle with the Service Manager to help pinpoint the noises I've been hearing. I don't remember the last time I was offered this care. It means a lot to me that the service team took the time to make sure that the issues I reported were taken with such seriousness and that I was not just brushed-off as so many dealerships seem to do. Here's the bottom line: I will always, from this time forward, have my vehicle serviced by Ontario Chrysler Jeep and I have also assured them that my next vehicle (Jeep Wrangler) will be purchased from them. Poor Service After the Sale Purchased a used 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan in June, it was advertised to be in great shape, under 80,000km. They bent over backward to make the sale. For 1st month we rarely used it other than for short shopping trips as my wife was not working. Took it on a trip north and noticed the temperature gauge climb well above center after about 20 minutes of stop and go driving. Than also noticed it was leaking oil. I dropped in at dealership to make aptmt to have it looked at. Made aptmt for a few days later for morning drop off. Arrived at the dealer in the A.M. and was told they had no record of aptmt but would bring it in any way, said they would call with diagnosis. I asked if under powertrain warranty or used car warranty, did not get a straight answer, said they would call after lunch with a diagnosis. I rented a car at my expense to get to work. by 4 pm no phone call, so i called, was told vehicle not even in yet, would need for an additional day, so rented car for 2nd day. Was then told the oil leak would be covered by warranty, but not overheating. Told me $350 to change the thermostat, I agreed reluctantly as felt it needed to get fixed. Picked it up, on the way home, 20 minutes in to drive, exact same problem occurred. I was told that service could not duplicate the problem, even after I had explained it took about 20 minutes of stop and go to occur. I was advised that further diagnosis and repairs would be at my cost and discretion. All this with only a few thousand km's driven, within 6 weeks of purchase. Warranty coverage was refused, even though the vehicle is still under powertrain warranty. Paid for a repair that was not the problem plus a 2 day car rental. I had considered trading my other car their next year, but not now. Sad that a Chrysler dealer won't stand behind a Dodge product so soon after a sale. I won't be back....for sales or service. More

He was honest, trustworthy and he communicated with me effectively and efficiently. I truly appreciate the positive experience, it went seamlessly from the moment I showed up. I've had a beyond terrible experience at Brennan's Dixie Chrysler which is 5 minutes from my house and I am so glad I went a little further away and had this impeccable experience. I just hope that this service is consistent. I am extremely impressed with how every interaction I had with the employees in all different departments was a positive one. Everyone was kind, friendly and very helpful. Everyone truly seemed to be enjoying being there! I would also like to give 5 stars to the shuttle driver Shirley! She was such a gem. She was very professional, friendly and great to get to know. Thanks again for providing world class customer service, you definitely will be seeing me in the future! More

When I arrived, Anthony immediately called a mechanic over and noticed there was a nail in my tire. The tire was repaired and I was in and out in less than half an hour. I have owned 4 Jeeps over the past 15 years, all purchased and serviced at Ontario Chrysler. Would highly recommend them. More
LOUSY WORKMANSHIP I purchased my 2011 Dodge Charger RT used in the summer of 2016 at Team Chrysler in Mississauga. Car was in great shape and was well worth the money p I purchased my 2011 Dodge Charger RT used in the summer of 2016 at Team Chrysler in Mississauga. Car was in great shape and was well worth the money paid. I was offered a Rust Protection warranty for 5 years which seemed like a good idea at the time. Just over a year later I unfortunately found rust on the doglegs on both sides of the vehicle which is in between the back door and the rear wheel. I felt fortunate that I had purchased this coverage. Team Chrysler said to bring it to Ontario Chrysler as they take care of this type of bodywork. I requested to have the rubber shield strips replaced because they were caked with rust. It was explained to me by advisor 2214 that these can be cleaned up and re-used, It was also explained to me that this was an on going issue with the Charger to get rust in this area. I was told it would be fixed and I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore. Less than a year after this repair I noticed some bubbling paint in this area, I pulled the rubber strips off to find the rust in worse condition than before the repair. I brought the car back to Ontario Chrysler and after a lengthy conversation with Advisor 2214 at the shop was told that now they would fix the issue permanently. I was told to wait until the panels came in and they would call to book an appointment to do this work, No one ever called. Here we are in 2019 still dealing with this same issue. For the past month I've been initiating contact with this same advisor who postpones the repairs each week with a different excuse (no loaner car at this time, understaffed, he will be on holidays and would like to be there to oversee the work). If this work was done right the first time we wouldn't be in this predicament. In hindsight, I should have not taken the "warranty" and given that money to a reputable bodyshop that does the job right the first time. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated that I have to chase these people down and then trust that they will do the work properly (that's even more stressful). Feels like a game where the goal is to run you around in circles till your warranty expires. More
