Last week I called Ayman Makawy to book an appointment to bring my Dodge Nitro in for brake service. When I called he quickly accommodated my schedule and ASKED when it was convenient for ME to bring my tru bring my Dodge Nitro in for brake service. When I called he quickly accommodated my schedule and ASKED when it was convenient for ME to bring my truck in. He then scheduled the appointment. I came in this past Monday and as soon as I entered the dealership everyone asked "May I help you?" I did not have to wait at all. Ayman took my car to the service department and made sure I had a tea to warm me up. Since it takes a little while for brake servicing the shuttle took me home so I didn't have to wait. I was impressed with the shuttle service as well. They were two shuttles so no one had to wait long and they came in to the waiting room to ask if anyone needed the shuttle service so you didn't miss it. Also, the shuttle vehicle was Clean! Once my vehicle was ready both the service department AND Ayman called me so I could have my vehicle back quickly!!! The shuttle service also called to let me know they were on their way to pick me up. Each time I come to the dealership for an oil change everyone is extremely polite, kind and helpful, especially Ayman. I highly recommend the dealership and Ayman Makawy. I purchased my vehicle through him and even though it was several years ago I still get first hand service every time I come there. Some dealerships forget about you once they've sold you a vehicle but that is not the case with Ayman. Once you're his customer you are always his customer and he will make sure you're happy with your purchase or even if you're just coming in for an oil change. Thank you Ayman!!!
