When I confronted the advisor, his response was typical “oh yeah, we noticed that when we first brought it in” which is absolute B.S. I remember clearing the snow from the front when I got there to drop the car off. This dealer has a bad rap for a number of reasons, this is one of them. Dishonest and trying to cover up their mistakes. A simple walk around inspection of the vehicle with the client would’ve avoided all this nonsense. Why lie? Just admit to me you broke it and let’s find a solution. Olympic Honda? Never again. Also, they weren’t able to figure out the issue, techs are lacking training maybe? Or just plain laziness? All the tech did was beat on my car for 20 minutes and damage the front trim. Nice. What a waste of time. Off to a more reputable dealer out of town now. More

I explicitly communicated that I intended only to change the tires due to budget constraints. Despite conveying this, there seemed to be a significant oversight in understanding my request. Before proceeding with any additional services, I confirmed with her that the total bill should not exceed $563, which included storage, tire change and alignment. a figure that was already stretching our financial capacity. However, despite my clear instructions and agreement with the service provider on the condition that the total cost would not surpass the aforementioned amount, I was astounded to receive a bill totaling $1170. This situation not only left me in a state of shock but also feeling disrespected and unheard. The lack of adherence to our agreed-upon terms and the disregard for my financial constraints were profoundly disappointing. Furthermore, the subsequent rudeness displayed during our interaction was unwarranted and unprofessional. Saying that to her it seems like l was not willing to do anything was very rude, I have been a loyal customer for 5yrs and she is just new. This shows how unprofessional she is. I want to emphasize that I was assertive in communicating my needs, clearly stating that I solely required tire replacement and alignment . It deeply troubles me that my concerns were disregarded, and additional services were carried out without my consent, resulting in an exorbitant bill. The manner in which I was treated and coerced into paying an inflated amount $915 after my refusal to pay $1170, is unacceptable. This experience has left me disillusioned, and regrettably, I must inform you that I will not be returning to your establishment for any future services. Furthermore, I will be exploring alternative options for both servicing my vehicle and storing my tires.
