Hello, I have held back from doing a review (not rushing to be negative), but since once again have received an invitation to do so - here goes. I might recommend Old Mill Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. to be negative), but since once again have received an invitation to do so - here goes. I might recommend Old Mill Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. for minor service, but with cautious reservation. Unfortunately, as a result of proven upselling of unnecessary work on my Terrain during one of my first service visits, the trust was irreparably broken. In addition, I have an ongoing problem with my infotainment system which the dealer has never solved. Despite this, I want to stress here that the service staff are helpful and do their best to politely answer my questions. Sadly, I believe the upselling is a requirement of their job and therefore instructions to do this comes from management or ownership and is part of the service person's job. I have never been clear as to why they are unable to solve my infotainment system issue. Going forward, I will try to use Old Mill Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. only when necessary. For example, for oil changes and seasonal tire swap. I plan to reach out to other professionals for further help on the infotainment system as it is an integral ongoing safety issue. To end on a positive note...who knows, they may win my trust back yet! More
