Ltd. Dec 19, 2024 s_parisien My husband had a recall on our GMC Acadia. Jessie Saini our service advisor was not only professional while looking after us, but went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle would be completed by the end of the day (even after running into a few snags along the way). My husband need our vehicle for first thing the next morning to take me to a doctors appointment. While this might not seem too important to most, it was extremely important to us. Since I am flaccid on the left side of my body (due to 3 strokes ) and my electric wheelchair was in the back of our vehicle. Without my wheelchair I cannot get around at all. So the seriousness of not having my wheelchair for my appointment the next morning would have made it impossible for me to attend. But thanks to Jessie and everyone working alongside with Jessie, allowed our vehicle to be completed and my husband could still pick up even though the shop was technically closed! Thank to everyone at Old Mill Cadillac Chevrolet Buick for being an exceptional team!!!! May Santa take extra good care of you all this year!!!!!
