After some very unfortunate experi We were lucky enough to have meet Mr. Evan Campbell at Okotoks Nissan, who helped us with our new vehicle purchase. After some very unfortunate experiences with other sales guys at other dealers we were actually tired of dealing with any of them. They would go on and on on how they worked for "us" and not the dealer, promised all kinds of things to only find out they're all lies. We we're tired of it. Evan was different, he guided us in a non "salesy" way, he was a great help and an awesome guy to work with. He also assisted us the next day after we purchased by helping my wife with a defective tire that was put on our new car. She was stranded with a flat tire on the 2A, I was deep in the city and couldn't get there, we contacted Evan, told him about the defective tire and he and a technician came out to help my wife! Put on a spare, helped her back to the dealership and replaced the defective valve on the tire! To me, this is service, and Evan is clearly someone who wants to make his clients happy.
