My experience is exactly as written above. You can't do anything at this point to change the incidence. Talk to your employee and verify. Another employee witnessed the whole incidence whom I talked first. I publish this experience to cautious others.

Good morning Ron I appreciate you taking my phone call this morning. As promised, I am sending you an email to confirm our next steps in the hopes of reversing this review to a positive one and with hopes to have you build trust in me and my dealership again. 1. Asif awaiting email with attached work order for repairs - from Ron 2. Asif to speak to Service Department to review internal process to reduce chances of these type of issues in the future 3. Asif to call Ron back with confimation of reimbursement of work completed at third-party repair shop. Ron, should there be anything I have missed, please respond when you can.
