Okotoks Chevrolet Buick GMC

Purchased our 2023 Chevrolet Colorado in April. Took it for its first oil change in August at which time we requested they inspect the rear differential as there is a howling noise coming from it Took it for its first oil change in August at which time we requested they inspect the rear differential as there is a howling noise coming from it at highway speed. Upon inspection we were informed that the vehicle was not road worthy and would require replacement parts. Parts were ordered and installed but the problem was not resolved. To our knowledge there has been 3 separate parts orders and still no solution. Okotoks GM has had our vehicle for 13 weeks with no clear indication of when we may get our truck repaired and returned. We have little faith left in this vehicle and the brand and have concerns over the dealers ability to rectify this situation. As advised by the dealership we contacted GM Canada and they provided absolutely no assistance as they said the dealership was following protocol. Extremely dissatisfied customer, AF More
