Uncaring unorganized I called for some recalls on my chev. Was told parts were needed and they would call when they were in. No problem. Okotoks gm called said parts were in and set up appointment. Great I brought my car in and got a call a couple hours later that they didn't have the parts and it would be a couple of weeks . I said parts were already ordered please recheck. She came back and said there are no parts and this has been happening alot. (As a matter of fact same thing happened to person behind me in line) I said don't bother ordering parts. When I gave my name at desk to pick up vehicle nothing was said a person walked in the door gave my keys said vehicle was running out front and there's no paperwork. I was expecting a little more customer care and service than this so I went to reception to ask for the manager. The sales manager was the only one in so I asked for general managers card. They didn't have any but he walked up as I was there. It was funny as he was also standing at service desk when I gave my name but said nothing. I started to explain my story but he already knew it. I never felt they cared about the inconvenience this causes customers. Just bring it back we've been having some problems hopefully it will be good next time The lack of customer service is amazing and will keep me from coming back. It's funny as both my chevs are coming up for replacement More
