I have never bought a car before I had never bought a new car, and I am not going to lie when I walked in I was nervous. I had friends who had told me bad experience at other dealersh I had never bought a new car, and I am not going to lie when I walked in I was nervous. Sales man selling a sales guy I have worked in dealerships over the last few years and all I can say is that Rob is great. I came in looking at a truck that would work for my needs nothing to crazy just something that would work for light towing to day to day running around. Myself and Rob both agreed that the GMC Canyon was gonna my to be the best fit. After taking the the truck for a test drive I was sold. It is hard to find a sales person that isn’t there just for the money. Rob took his time with us to make sure we had all the things we wanted. I ended up spending $10,000 more on a truck due to how he went over all the futures. He made me feel like I was not just getting a truck but I was buying a dealership. A dealership that I can trust and good hard working people who care about my experience. The process was great from the first step in. All the financing process was easy and explained in detail. I ending up dealing with both Mark and Eric in the financing department. They spent the time over email as well as in person with any questions I had. Made sure I got the interest rate I was expecting. They went over all the documents so well and offered some great maintenance and warranty options. This is great as in my busy work schedule I don’t want to worry about anything. The made sure all my questions were answered. The delivery of my truck was easy. Went over all the futures in the dash, helped me hook up my phone, as well as went over all the little details. Truck was super clean interior and out. Made me feel as the dealership cares about the product they sell. The process was so good and easy the I convinced my dad to buy a truck as well. 2 trucks one day. Overall I would highly recommend people to purchase there vehicles off or Rob and this dealership. More people in the selling world need to be like Rob. Great job Okotoks gmc. More
