Why book an appointmen ????? Booked an appointment for 10 am. No mention on the phone that this appointment was to just get in the front door. Actual oil change was on a first come / first serve basis. After arriving, was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Chose to wait as I was already there. Big mistake. After 2 hours and some whining I finally got my truck after what should have been a 10 minute oil change. More
