Purchased a 2019 3/4 ton diesel SLT. At the time I was very happy with salesperson and the team. That winter I went to plug in my truck and found the block heater cord had been cut. I called the dealershi very happy with salesperson and the team. That winter I went to plug in my truck and found the block heater cord had been cut. I called the dealership and was told it was due to a recall and the salesperson would have told me. The parts were not in but there was a fix. I booked appointment and had block heater fixed. This winter as we are in a cold snap and went to plug in again. To my surprise my block heater cord has again been cut. I called into a very unhelpful service desk. I was told there is another recall so cord was cut last service, there is a fix but no parts and there is no timeline for this repair to be done. Possible mid January. This leaves me unable to park truck at work or anywhere outside because I have no plug. The fact nothin has been communicated and block heater cord cut is appalling from a dealership that just wants to sell expensive trucks and not have any concern for customer. Brutal More
