End of the day fix Stopped into service department to have noise/brakes checked out around 3 in the afternoon. Met with Gary, explained situation. He had a quick check and then brought out technician to look also. Gary detailed what would happen with evaluation, etc. and was able to squeeze my vehicle in almost immediately fortunately for me. Technician inspected problems, recommended work to be done. Although I had to go with a more expensive part, (brand part not in stock or in town) Gary arranged for part to be delivered right away. Technician agreed to stay a little bit late to complete the job and get me on the road same day. I was scheduled to leave for Vancouver early the following morning, so had it not been for Gary and the technician's "can do" attitude I would not have been able to make my very important appointment in Vancouver. thank you for your understanding and very friendly, efficient service!
