Being new to the valley, I was also looking to establish a relationship with a dealership with which I would become comfortable. From my first meeting, I received first class treatment during the "build" process and after my order was placed, I was contacted by John McAuley, advising he would be my contact and overseeing the delivery of the vehicle. As information from the factory regarding the potential deliver date became available, he ensured it was forwarded to me. I had a couple of conversations with John during this stage regarding a personal request which he totally understood. When the truck arrived and on the morning of our orientation, John personally spent several hours with us going over all the features. I have ordered and bought numerous vehicles during my time and have dealt with equally as many dealerships, but this was absolutely the "best" experience I have had. The feeling that John cares and strives for service excellence, also permeates throughout the dealership. We were treated with the utmost respect by all the employees we were introduced to in finalizing our transaction.
