We had expressed or recent horror story to Colin with our still fairly new vehicle and he went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and the dealership did everything they could possibly do for us. Our 1 1/2 year old son was also so comfortable that he wouldn't walk outside to look at the new Jeeps without Colin holding his hand. Terrible customer service Recently I took my Jeep in to get some work done. After the first appointment the diagnostics were run and the bill was going to be $300. Then after a Recently I took my Jeep in to get some work done. After the first appointment the diagnostics were run and the bill was going to be $300. Then after a days work it was going to cost another $300. After two days in the shop I picked up my jeep and the advisor told me everything was fixed and I was good to go. I drove off and nothing was fixed. They charged me $600 and nothing got fixed. The service manager, Sterling, failed to return my calls. After a third appointment I was told it would cost an additional $300. Had the diagnostics been done correctly on the first appointment I would have had an accurate estimate. There seemed to be a lack of communication between, the booking desk, service advisors and management. Their productivity may be high but their customer care and attention to detail is in great need of improvement. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I would not recommend their service department to anyone. Additionally after the second appointment I picked up my Jeep to find items that had been neatly put away in the vehicle tossed on the floor. More

I'd had a previous experience where they just wanted a sale. John took the time to go ever every detail of the car, so I could drive away with confidence. (previous car was a 99...this one a ''13.
