I sensed from the first day that they were working to get me the best deal they could. Not the "usual" car dealership experience, there was no need to haggle and get frustrated, I told them what I wanted and they worked at achieving that. The bottom line was I was ready to sign a deal to buy my Dodge Journey and found that they must have kept working at it because it ended up being even better than I had agreed to. Add to that we were given a gift, a high end blender that my wife loved, once she was given that she forgot about the car she would have willingly driven the blender home.. Seriously though, a great experience...I'd do it again (when the warranty runs out of course).. This was a car dealership experience I think we all hope for, the old idea that it's going to be a rough road was smoothed out by John and the people at Okanagan Dodge....if you have in mind to buy a vehicle this is the dealer to choose, I am a senior citizen and I was always treated with respect, never rushed, never pushed, in the end I got what I wanted...thank you John and the rest of the Okanagan Dodge team.. Great day at Okanagan Dodge I went in on Saturday, Nov. 7 to get my tires changed over to the winter tires and 3 hours later I drove out with a new truck. Will Avila was the Salesman which I dealt with, he was very knowledgable on the Ram 1500, answered all of my questions, and gave me a great deal. In 'n Out Jeep on the Cheap WE had been looking at a few different Dealerships at various brands and types of vehicles but when we came to Okanagan Chrysler Jeep Dodge we were tr WE had been looking at a few different Dealerships at various brands and types of vehicles but when we came to Okanagan Chrysler Jeep Dodge we were treated extremely well. We had an idea what we wanted but the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk impressed us more than a little and basically sold itself. Not to say Kevan didn't earn his keep, he stuck with us and had all the information we needed. When it came time to make a deal they presented us with an even better price than sticker and gave us a fair value for our trade ins. When it came to financing, Trevor hooked us up with a great rate even with our less than optimal credit rating. Over all the entire dealership was great and made for a pleasant experience! More

Service Department needs work I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in April of this year and am extremely happy with it. What I am not happy about is the service I recently received f I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in April of this year and am extremely happy with it. What I am not happy about is the service I recently received from the Service Department for a oil change appointment. When I purchased the Jeep I also purchased a oil change package. When I dropped off the Jeep they asked if I would like a free car wash. I gladly accepted. Now I am not a mechanic, but my husband is and here is my beef. When I went back to pick up the Jeep I noticed that the wash job was horrible, only to mid down the door was it washed properly. Not overly concerned over that but it gets worse. The trip set on the dash was not reset back for the oil change indicator, they never stamped my booklet where I keep track of oil changes. But the worst part I think they spilled oil inside the engine compartment. It has been 2 weeks and I can still slightly smell that oil been burnt smell. I spent a lot of money to have a brand new jeep and I look after it meticulously, I wish they would treat my vehicle the same as if it was their own. More
A disappointing and inconsiderate waste of my time. I have dealt with this dealership a number of times and they have disappointed me only twice. I contacted the service department a month or 2 ago to let them know I needed to have the wireless ignition node module replaced in my vehicle due to a safety recall. They recently called me to let me know they had received the part and could now do the replacement, and we set up an appointment to have the work completed. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 AM on the day of the appointment and was told that the work would likely take around 3 hours or so. I left my number so that they could call me when the work was done. I passed the next 3 hours walking around town (as I only have one vehicle). I returned to the dealership at 11:30 as I expected that the vehicle would likely soon be ready. To my surprise, my car was outside waiting for me. If it was ready, why hadn't they called me???? I went to the service desk and told them I was here to pick up my car. The girl at the desk said that the service advisor, Gary Callander, wanted to talk to me. Gary subsequently told me that the girl upstairs (Carol) had neglected to order the correct part, and therefore no work had been done on my vehicle. "Sorry". That's basically all he had to say. Why didn't he call me as soon as he knew they didn't have the right part, instead of making me waste the entire morning???? After being "dismissed" by Gary I figured it might be wise to go and speak to whoever was in charge of the dealership. So I sat down with the manager in an office and related to him the events of the past three and a half hours. After he told me "Sorry", he told me he really appreciated my visit to see him and took down my name and number. I went home and have waited 4 days to write this. I put off writing this review until today because I was foolishly hoping that the dealership might call me and offer further reasons for the mix up, and maybe promise that I would not have to wait for three hours when the right part does come in. After all, he did take down my name and number. It seems that although they are very willing to charge hefty hourly rates for their labour, my time is worth nothing to them. More
