Poor service will nickel and dime. Fast to say not watranty First brake service on truck for both front and rear. Asked to rotate tire since all 4 wheels would be off for servicing all brakes. Was charged for " First brake service on truck for both front and rear. Asked to rotate tire since all 4 wheels would be off for servicing all brakes. Was charged for " rotating " to have wheels put on in different order then what they took them off. dealership has rotated and balanced these tires 3 times in 30k each time out 2_4 oz. Shimmy was told is characteristic of all dodge ram crew cab short box. No fix for this yet just "characteristic of truck " no warranty for that. More

I sensed from the first day that they were working to get me the best deal they could. Not the "usual" car dealership experience, there was no need to haggle and get frustrated, I told them what I wanted and they worked at achieving that. The bottom line was I was ready to sign a deal to buy my Dodge Journey and found that they must have kept working at it because it ended up being even better than I had agreed to. Add to that we were given a gift, a high end blender that my wife loved, once she was given that she forgot about the car she would have willingly driven the blender home.. Seriously though, a great experience...I'd do it again (when the warranty runs out of course).. This was a car dealership experience I think we all hope for, the old idea that it's going to be a rough road was smoothed out by John and the people at Okanagan Dodge....if you have in mind to buy a vehicle this is the dealer to choose, I am a senior citizen and I was always treated with respect, never rushed, never pushed, in the end I got what I wanted...thank you John and the rest of the Okanagan Dodge team..
