Terrible everytime I am so unhappy with the service at your dealership I do not even want to bring my jeep in to you anymore nor would I ever recommend anyone buy a veic I am so unhappy with the service at your dealership I do not even want to bring my jeep in to you anymore nor would I ever recommend anyone buy a veichle from your dealership. The last two times I have been in for service I was left in the waiting room while waiting for a veichle ride and was totally forgotten about. The last two times my veichle was supposed to receive a courtesy wash but never did. I have waited for an oil change in your waiting room and after what seemed like forever, about 2 hours in fact I finally went outside to look around and there was my jeep sitting there. Went back in thoroughly annoyed and no one had any idea how long the jeep had been sitting there. I have been in three times now for service and all three times I have left frustrated because of the lack of service I have received. More

I am grateful for my extended warrantee - because that means I do not have to worry about cost if something unexpected happens to my Jeep. I instead decided to check on line to see what vehicles were available and to see if it was a feasible idea to buy a vehicle this way. The vehicle I wanted was a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, slightly used, with low miles for a specific price. Colin Frantze from Okanagan Dodge contacted me from a contact made thru the internet. He very kindly offered several options. I picked one and we made arrangements that I would pick it up on a specific date as I live in another City. Upon arrival at the dealership, Colin, in addition to John McAuley and Adam Johnstone were amazing in getting the paper and insurance work done quickly. After picking a gift from the mountain of prices we proceeded to pick up our vehicle and view it in more detail.
