Most expensive car wash ever! My fiance took her 2013 dodge dart in to the dealership about 2 months after getting her winters put on. Car was shaking at highway speeds. We had already cleaned the rims of whatever little mud that they had on the inside. They rebalenced the tires cost $100ish. We were happy. About a month and a half later the car started to shake at highway speeds again. Got the fiance to clean any mud out of her rims. Problem was still there. Took the vehicle back to dodge. Got a quote for around $1000 to do the rotors front and back and a couple other minor things. As of this point they hadn't done any work. I phoned the service advisor and while she was friendly enough she couldn't answer my questions, she goes to get the technician who had road tested the car. Talked with him for about 10 minutes, told him that we checked for mud and he also said that he checked and that the rims were clean inside. Found out from him that it's a known issue with the dart that on longer highway drives over the Rogers pass the dart can pick up enough sand and mud to throw the tire balance out. OK the car must of thrown a weight or some how the balance got thrown out. I gave him the go ahead to throw the tires back on the balance machine under the assumption that the rims were clean. Got charged $160 for that one and I was not a happy camper. On top of that my fiance was waiting for them to call her as soon as they were done. She finally gave up and called them at 4 and they said the car had been done for a while. On Monday I called and talked to Sterling who told me that it was probably mud in the rims that was the problem. Reminded him that the mechanic said the rim was clean. Was told that we had probably washed a weight off when she was using the pressure washer. Was told to use a hose only. Asked him to talk to the mechanic and get back to me. After banging my head on the wall for 10 minutes talking to him it was all I could do not to loose my mind on him. He called back later in the day and told me that the mechanic found some mud when he took the rims off and ran them on the machine before and after cleaning the mud off and problem solved. Was the most expensive car wash I've ever paid for. Will not return there ever again More

Initially I was dealing with Kevan Warren and later dealt with Eric in actually purchasing my car. Kevan Warren was straight forward and a well manner guy and Eric was great as well (I appreciated both salesman and their professionalism). What I enjoyed most about working with Eric is that he was quite genuine, honest and kind in the whole process of me buying my car. I didn't get the feeling he was being overly pushy or trying to get as much money out of me as possible (ie he was straight forward) which I appreciated since other dealerships I went to were not like this. Eric also followed promptly with call backs and took the time to go over any questions that I had as well. Overall, Eric and the staff at OK Chrysler Jeep Dodge sold me a great car that suited my needs at a great price as well. Wonderful First Time Buyer Experience My car of three years died so I was in need of a new vehicle. Originally did research and found a Mini Cooper I was interested in and decided to take My car of three years died so I was in need of a new vehicle. Originally did research and found a Mini Cooper I was interested in and decided to take a peek one day about 30 minutes before close. Kevan was kind enough to come out and chat with me in miserable weather and make sure I was taken care of. Booked a test drive the next week with Colin who was excellent and really great and answered all my questions about the vehicle.
