Service work The service counter has to be the most difficult job in a dealership as most people show up with a problem! I was handled with courtesy and honesty. I have to say that regardless of whether my visits were scheduled or emergency type situations; the service advisors are ALWAYS very pleasant, courteous, helpful, friendly and fun to work with. I have mostly dealt with Gary Callander and Tara Crowe and highly recommend either of these two advisors to you should you need service on your vehicle. A visit to this service department, unfortunately a necessary expense of owning a vehicle, is made enjoyable by Gary and Tara. Both Gary and Tara try to help you when budgeting the service needed for your vehicle and are always looking out for your best interests. Dealerships get a bad rep sometimes with over pricing services, parts, etc. but i do not find this is the case here. If you are looking for great service, done right, then go to this dealership. They will treat you right and very fairly. More

It's A Great Day at Okanagan Dodge ! I have dealt with Okanagan Dodge for over 15 years probably more like 20. I know most of the Okanagan Dodge team by their first name, from Kevin in sales to Mia at showroom reception, to Stephanie and Darla at the service desk, to Tara and Jenn and Gary (Service advisors who greet you when you drive your car into the service bay). My apologies to the guys and girls whose names I don't know but do such a great job maintaining and servicing my vehicles. Almost forgot Ernie, Pat and rest of the drivers who give me a ride home and pick me up when my truck is ready. Thanks to Dean and John who always greet me with a smile, a handshake, and how's it going ?. Better not leave out Adam, Travis and Dave, the guys who put together the financincial magic to get me into the car or truck I'm looking for. So the main reasons I deal at Okanagan Dodge, " A great product and a great team ". A special thanks to Kevin Gulbranson, a great salesman and always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for finding me this nice little Ram worktruck. All the best to all of you at Okanagan Dodge ! More
WASTE OF AN ENTIRE DAY! First off, Stephanie at the service desk was AWESOME and helpful. Unfortunately, it ended there! I brought my truck in for the scheduled appointment First off, Stephanie at the service desk was AWESOME and helpful. Unfortunately, it ended there! I brought my truck in for the scheduled appointment time. The papers were signed, the walk around was done and I was given a ride back to my house my the courtesy vehicle staff. 0800hrs At 934 am, I received an email stating that a few things were under “caution” and the items were listed. I followed the instruction and declined the work with a reply. At 941 am, I got an email stating the “cautions” would not be done. I left my house for an appointment. At 1001, I received another email from Dodge (Gary), which looked like the same email from 934. Stephanie from the service desk called me at 1015 to tell me my truck was ready! I thought that was a bit weird since it was supposed to be there for half a day, and I had only replied to their initial email a short while ago. I asked to be picked up from my house at 1130. I raced back to my house to drop off the borrowed car and get ready for pick-up. No one showed up for 1130. I realize things run late, so I waited. Finally at 1215 I called the dealership and Stephanie told me the driver was running late. I needed to be at another appointment, so I cancelled that pick-up and rescheduled for 1330hrs. I was at home at 1330 hrs and no driver came. At 1346 the driver called to say he was lost and could I give him directions. At the time, he was only about 60 seconds away, so I told him how to get to my house. At 1355 he called again, but I was on the other line. A message from him stated he was lost again and could I call him back. He finally arrived at 1400 hours. I had another appointment at 1430, so I had to tell him to come back. I called Stephanie and asked to if I could have another driver pick me up at 1545. I finished my appointment at 1530 and noticed a message on my phone from 1527 hours. It was from the courtesy driver telling me he was in my driveway for pickup and he was wondering why I wasn’t there. I immediately called him back and said I’m on my way and reminded him that the pick-up was supposed to be for 1545. I guess he had to turn around and come pick me up. He was there at 1547. There are three ways to get to Okanagan dodge from my house. Down Sexsmith road, over Dilworth road (fastest), or down Glenmore to Enterprise rd, the latter being the longest due to distance and traffic. The driver went down Glenmore to Enterprise. This added an extra 10 minutes to our trip. I was very frustrated at this point. When we got to the dealership, Stephanie handed me my keys and had me sign the papers. I read over the papers and noticed this: “Vehicle has been modified with aftermarket suspension components and the recall parts cannot be installed”. If was after 1600 hrs and I’m just finding out that my truck has been at the dealership for more than 8 hours, I’ve missed three pickup times and wasted my entire day with working around this issue, only to not have to the work done! I asked for an explanation and Stephanie took me to see Tara. Tara took the papers and proceeded to look them over. She then stated that “Vehicle has been modified with aftermarket suspension components and the recall parts cannot be installed”. I said yes, that true! This dealership built this truck and should have known this before I came in! I also stated that I was sorry about my tone of voice, but I’m extremely pissed about this. Tara then scanned the sheets again and stated that my truck needed to come in anyway, because the engine light was on. I stated I already knew what the problem was, and it wasn’t’ urgent. Her condescending tone and glare she was giving me told me she was angry. I asked to speak to someone who could give me a more thorough answer as to why my entire day had been wasted. Tara went to supposedly find that person, while I waited. After 10 minutes, I left. I had already wasted my entire day on this dealership. Why couldn’t someone have phoned me at 10am when this was discovered and told me, instead of wasting my entire day? My feelings at this time are that I will never set foot in the service department again until something is done about this. More

I came in for warranty work on our Dodge, that was bought from an out of Province dealership, and the service at Okanagan was excellent! You don't always see the best service from many dealerships when you are getting warranty work done, almost like you are wasting their time, but that is not the case at Okanagan Chrysler Jeep Dodge. From the service advisor, the warranty work, to the service counter, the courtesy driver, to the truck coming out washed and cleaner than it went in, the parts showing up days quicker than expected, the whole experience was pleasant, friendly, and fast!
