A simple act of kindness goes so far. When I decided it was time to buy myself a truck I knew there would be challenges. John McAuley was highly recommended by a friend and I am so grateful. He listened to me as I listed all of my expectations and almost immediately he had the right truck. He did, it was everything I had asked for...However...because I am not quite 5' tall I could not sit comfortably and see over the dash. I was heartbroken as I left the lot ... I really wanted THAT Dodge Ram. Later John called to say that Okanagan Dodge was prepared to make some modifications so that I would feel comfortable in the drivers seat. I finally have the truck of my dreams - I am a very happy customer! Thank You Thank you Thank you. Bang a gong! More
