I recently purchased a new Honda from Meidl and I had nothing but problems with the service department. I quickly learned my lesson and I returned to Oakwood. My experience so far has been amazing. Purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle. We had purchased a Nissan Altima from Oakwood Nissan in 2005 and it performed well so thought we woul My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle. We had purchased a Nissan Altima from Oakwood Nissan in 2005 and it performed well so thought we would check with this dealership again. We had already decided we wanted a compact SUV so the Rogue was what we wanted to investigate. Manny Rahwan a sales person introduced himself and we dealt with him. Chris Greer was the finance person we worked with. Another person (can't recall his name) evaluated our old vehicle for trade and did the pricing on the new vehicle. Manny was informative, courteous and was able to answer our questions. Chris was knowledgeable but was a little difficult to track down when we needed him. No doubt busy with other folks. The biggest disappointment was not receiving the loyalty discount. I had bought my previous vehicle from Oakwood but apparently there was a time limit on loyalty. Just didn't seem fair to me. More
~Service work! ~ My experience with Oakwood Nissan was very poor from the service Advisor and the mechanic. I had front end work done on my 2010 Nissan Versa on Ju ~ My experience with Oakwood Nissan was very poor from the service Advisor and the mechanic. I had front end work done on my 2010 Nissan Versa on July 5/17. They replace 2 coil springs and one right sway bar link on the front right side. I paid 169.48 for this job. I was put on the winter tires on Oct 28/17 then I notice the front sway bar link way hanging on by one bolt. I called the service manager Oct 30/17 I left 2 messages I still didn't get a call back. So, I called this number 306 664-16415 and I demanded they fix the car today it's unsafe It's my daughters car we live in Warman. She said ok bring it down. The service advisor was rude and argue with me that they fixed the rear not the front. I had to point on the bill it says front! Maybe, his glasses where dirty. (Lol) When I left the shop they didn't apologize to me or compensate me for my troubles. I will not own another Nissan. If your getting work done at Oakwood Nissan Please, check the mechanic work done on your car it's for your safety. More

While we were waiting for our vehicle, we decided to take a look in the showroom. James Grafton talked to us about the new 2017 Nissans and a couple of hours later we had traded our 2013 model for a brand new Rogue. We recently moved to Saskatoon, so this was our first experience with a car dealership in Saskatchewan. Very pleased with Oakwood Nissan and James Grafton! More

Why would we ever buy another Nissan when you might expect to have to wait weeks for a simple oil change. At Sherwood GM, my experience is same day service when making appointment 1st thing in the morning. NISSAN, get out of North America, this is not what we expect here. More

Stayed loyal to the company always had oil changes there, but I always had to wait over an hour for it to be complete. Had to get my rear bumber bracket replaced. I told them I needed them to install because I had no clue what I was doing. And they only ordered the part. So I ended up getting some buddies to help. Heard employees bad mouth the brand and complain about quality of vehicles. Switched to toyota shortly after. More
