When I arrived, Kimberly provided friendly customer service, and offered to personally take me to/pick me up from work as I forgot to pre-arrange shuttle service (and the driver was already booked). This to me was going the extra mile. Upon my return, they both thoroughly explained my car's issue. I'm not one who easily understands these things, but they made sure it was clear to me. Since I've been going to Oakville Used Car Superstore, that's the level of service I've come to know and expect. More

They were by far the best price, gave me a lift to work and when I returned my car was washed and vacuumed. I highly recommend their service department. Trust with mechanics is key! More
