I got my first car at there store and now they let me trade in the old car from a new one which i just got today. The inside handles and cubby areas were dirty, dusty and the carpet could have been vacuumed with a little more attention to detail. the detailed could have changed the cabin filter helping to remove the smell if smoke from the previous owner as well as it was just filthy, other than that my experience was excellent and would recommend anyone to give Dan and his team a call. This dealership I think covers all drivers needs whether it be a Honda Civic, to a BMW or a fancy Corvette - this is the place to go. The prices you see are very competitive and 99% of the time from what I've seen, are lower than the competition. I was in the market for a used SUV and wanted to trade in my old suv. I found Oakville Used Car Superstore on Autotrader which had the best price, plus the nicest vehicle lineup i've seen all day. I called the dealership and got in touch with Richard, who was very pleasant and excellent on the phone. Richard invited me in for a test drive and said to me let me fill it up and prepare it for you until you arrive for the test drive. I've never seen somebody want to prepare a car over the phone, not even knowing whether i will buy it or not...or even if I would be a serious customer. So this definitely attracted me to the place. The vehicle i purchased was a 2012 Jeep Grant Cherokee Srt8. A beautiful car, and the guys at the dealership knew it. Richard showed me the car, and came along with me for a test drive. At that time I also met Dan, who I believe was the manager...both him and Richard made me feel very happy, excited and like "the new owner" of the vehicle even before i purchased. Upon the offer, my old suv was traded in for the value of what I was expecting, and they seemed that they wanted to work with me to make the sale happen so I really praise the dealership for that. I was a serious buyer, and they knew it. The paperwork went very smooth as Richard explained every detail to me. I knew what I was buying, i knew what the next step was..etc I think that Richard really made the sale happen sharing his "car stories" with me, and getting to know me..not just making a sale. I would recommend Richard Liscumb to anybody looking for a new car or a used car. He definitely makes this dealership a must return-to next time I need a car. Salem who discussed the financing was also very friendly, completing the loan application and the further details. He made me feel comfortable about the numbers, about the purchase and answered all of my questions. I felt at ease leaving the dealership knowing I made the best decision. The best of all, I purchased the car on Saturday afternoon, and Monday afternoon I was driving. It was clean, the smell was "new car smell", and I was happy. I trusted Richard, Dan and Salem...and I think that is what really matters. The only thing I regret is that I didn't wash my trade in vehicle when I brought it in. Although I was hundreds of kilometers away from the dealership, they managed to describe the vehicle in great detail via phone, email, photos and even a video. I worked with Alec Hayes as my main salesperson and Dan Donnelly as his Manager. They worked as a team to get me all the information I needed, like Carproof, recall information, tire and brake condition etc. Alec and Dan were answering my questions via email even after work hours. Also the fact that they posted my Chevrolet Corvette the day it got traded in helped inmensely. Overall a pleasant experience, I'd recommend them to anyone. More
