Easy, friendly and they delivered what they agreed too. Working out the deal with Betty was also easy. The most important thing for me is I didn't feel pushed to by the car or pushed to buy the additional sale items, although I did buy the extended warrenty which I was planning on doing so anyways. I would definetly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. More
