Above and beyond for our 1998 Porsche Boxter We found a car we were interested in checking out on AutoTrader, and amazingly they were open on Sunday ! My wife & I drove out to Oakville from Markham to check out a silver low mileage 1998 Porsche Boxter. We were met by Lou, the Sales Manager, who and introduced us to JP, the sales rep. They listened to our 25th anniversary roadtrip car quest. Not only was the boxter in great shape, they obviously cared about both the cars and joined our quest to make sure the car was going to be "the car". After one ride with JP, I had a spin with my wife who after 5 min said "it feels like we have already left on our trip". I must say it was a positive surprise - they gave us not only a better price but more added value than I expected - and when we had trouble coordinating a pickup due to kids and the long ride, JP drove the car to our door - for free !!! The best !!! More

He booked the vehicle delivery with a courier company only to find out a few days before the vehicle was supposed to be leaving it was overbooked. JP stepped in and drove the vehicle from Oakville to Thunder Bay (920km) and dropped it off at my doorstep. I jut bought a car for my wire a month back and went back to these guys again. They found me the car I was looking for at a really good price, a Mercedes GLK 350. It was a great vehicle to drive and they fixed it up from top to bottom before I purchased the vehicle. They also held onto the car whilst I waited for some financing to come through and whilst I was out of town. Then they delivered the car today and it drove and looked great. I cant say about the service and patience of these guys with special mentions for JP and Betty. HIghly recommended for your next car purchase. More

Alec is NOT a high pressure sales person. He provides whatever information you request, and if he is not sure, he doesn't guess--he finds out the answer and gets back to you. Great job Alec!
