He responded back to all of my emails in a timely fashion, he listened to exactly what my needs were and what I was looking for in a car and most importantly, I was not pressured to purchase just ANY car JUST to make a sale! Mohsin walked me through the whole process in a very professional manner and reassured me every step of the way. When I arrived, Kimberly provided friendly customer service, and offered to personally take me to/pick me up from work as I forgot to pre-arrange shuttle service (and the driver was already booked). This to me was going the extra mile. Upon my return, they both thoroughly explained my car's issue. I'm not one who easily understands these things, but they made sure it was clear to me.
