A request for clarification was sent to sales department, who responded with exact opposite of online chat. and couldn't answer an questions. More like a mix between a broken record and a politician. But still had the nerve to suggest I take a 3 hr drive to take a test drive on a vehicle they had on the lot but apparently didn't know anything about. I ended up finding a great quality vehicle from a small 1 man dealership, where the owner answered any questions I had, and the truck was actually better than it looked on kijjijji. I did take the 3 hr drive, and bought without hesitation. Oakville could take alot of lessons. And only got one star because I couldn't give no stars More
