I had purchased the suv recently from a different dealer and had some concerns about the car and I told Lucas about my experience he went over and beyond and ended up finding out their was additional things on the car covered by warranty and saved me a ton and money and changed my experience with the brand. I’m so happy with the suv now and will be serving my car only at Infiniti oakville from now on. I used to have a Mercedes and I loved the Mississauga dealership and their service so when I had my baby 4 months ago and purchased my first Infiniti QX60 for more space it was more out of nessessity then want.
