Oakville would not let me order a warranteed part over the phone, even with a credit card. I was asked to go there in person even though I lived 50 miles away. They said it was their policy. The manager would not talk to me on the phone. Dixie used a nation wide data base to determine the most probable cause of the engine code coming on. Oakville did not have a clue how to solve the problem. Oakville cleared the code, washed the car and sent me on my way, telling me the problem was solved. Twenty minutes later, the engine light came back on. So, I had to make another appointment. They told me that they might need the car for the whole day, with no loner available. What a waste of time and money. $60 in gas, each return trip. I don't live in Oakville. I don't think it is service advisor Jennifer's fault, but her manager's. He needs to go. It is no wonder that Majid, the other service advisor moved to a different dealership. Seems like a very toxic work environment at Oakville Infiniti. Dixie's labour rates are $30 less than Oakville's are also. More
